Objectives and Strategy



  • - Know the tourists and visitors of the territory, their motivations and evaluation of the expectations of their tourism experience in Miranda do Douro;
  • - Communicate local tourism products and resources in an integrated way, valuing the diversity of the available supply in order to capture various age structures that seek new tourism sources;
  • - Provide entrepreneurs in the tourism sector with digital tools to promote activities and services;
  • - Foster the spirit of sharing and cooperation between the territory boosting and tourism agents in the promotion of the Miranda do Douro destination;
  • - Contribute to the region's collective competitiveness, both by reducing costs (cost duplication and economies of scale) and by the range of services offered.
